The huge balcony and the sea view were exceptional! Though we didn’t cook, the kitchen was very well equipped and loved the fact there was a washing machine. There was good WiFi connectivity throughout the apartment and the AC was a Godsend in the heat!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment in Ostia, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. The host contacted me directly via whatsapp and shared all the details on how to enter the property and collect the keys. All in one document with an easy to follow guide that I could refer back to. The bath is very narrow and the plumbing isn't great so the bath will fill up when having a shower. As long as you are aware of this it's no big deal. If you want a lie in longer than 8am just be aware there is construction going on at the beach so sensitive sleepers may hear it. It did not bother us at all.

The bathroom needed a refresh, but it didn’t spoil our stay at all.

Very spacious balcony with stunning views to the seaside, aesthetic design of the apparent. I could see sea laying on the bed. We found a bottle of sparkling water when arrived and it saved our arrival as we were thirsty after trip from airport. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, we were not cooking but it will be handy for those who choose to do so.

Shower would be more convenient if the curtain was installed in a different way as it takes much space. But it's not big problem or issue, just as improvement opportunity.

Great location and view. Large wrap around balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean and bright.

The futon couch wasn’t very comfortable for lounging in the living room.
