Hermoso todo! Soñado el jardín con la pileta súper lindo ideal para después de un paseo ir a relajarte ahí! El desayuno de diez además había opciones y genial q lo lleven al balcón de nuestra habitación. La habitación era muy grande re bien! Gracias

I booked this hotel last minute on Booking.com and was genuinely impressed by both the property and the room. Despite being right in the heart of Ubud, it was incredibly peaceful, quiet, and beautifully maintained, a truly relaxing stay.

Le personnel prend le temps de vous demander ce que vous prenez pour le petit déjeuné et pour quelle heure vous le voulez MAIS L'APPORTENT 45 MIN PLUS TÔT EN VOUS RÉVEILLENT !!!!!! nous avons passé 2 nuits là-bas. Le premier matin nous avons demandé le petit déjeuner pour 8h30 et ils nous l'ont apporté à 7h45 en frappant à la porte nous disant que c'était servi , par la suite je suis allée les voir pour leur demander gentiment de ne pas reproduire ceci . Pour le lendemain matin nous avons changé l'heure à 9h car nous voulions dormir, et ILS L'ONT APPORTÉ À 8H30 . Franchement c'est dommage, car ça laisse un goût amer alors que tout le reste est parfait. C'est d'autant plus dommage car le 2 ème matin nous étions les seuls clients, si l'hôtel avait été plein cela nous aurait moins dérangé !!

Property is very nice, everything is perfect about the location

AC doesnt work here 1st thing we checked in at night they given us the 3rd floor it doesn’t have lift, when we checked in that room AC were not working properly we came down twice and asked to check the ac is not working and electrcity goes out, some issue with the electricity. They given diffrent room which was small as we booked the large room however they refunded some money But AC doesn’t work here
