The location, decoration and the facilities where great, also the method of key delivery was very detailed. what surprised me is that the laundry was hanged on the dryer inside the apartment to get dry, so the smell and moisture was all over the place!

Getting the key is confusing as there are instructions from youtube which we followed but there’s also another instruction through message.

A comfortable apartment located centrally in a walking distance from many sightseeing spots, restaurants and shops. Apartment has everything we needed for a few day stay in Budapest. We particularly loved the floor heating in the bathroom and a comfortable sofa in the living room. Bathroom is equipped with toiletries, we also found tea and sugar in the kitchen. They even provide umbrellas in case of rain. The only thing we were missing in the kitchen was a wine opener. There were a few things which made our stay less comfortable though. We were welcomed by a damp smell of bedsheets and towels being dried inside the apartment. Sadly the smell persisted despite having a window opened all the time. The main issues however was a blocked bathroom washbasin and smell of sewage in the bathroom. We have reported all these issues to the owner. If these things get fixed it would be 10. This is a matter of personal preference but the main bed on the base floor was not very comfortable for two people since it’s very narrow and mattress too soft and bouncy. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. We received clear instructions on entering and leaving the apartment. However, we didn’t find it professional or comfortable to be asked by the owner to wash the dishes and to share only positive feedback publicly.
