Room and toilet size is big. Toiletries are provided which was nice.

Location is bad, very difficult for cars to enter. Some grab also would not agree to enter as it's too squeezy. There'a a construction right at the entrance which from the main road, would not look like there is a villa inside. Not near to any shops, very inconvenient. There is a strong pungent smell when using the bidet. One of the room bidets is faulty. One room water heater not working. Both rooms bath tub takes a horribly long time to fill up. One room water heater takes 15mins to heat up. There are spider webs in the toilet. The standing fan provided for the dining area is not strong for bali weather. Rain will wet the walking area to the room, which will be very very slippery. All door locks needs one person to pull the door in place and another to lock. The allignment of the doors are not good. One of the room TV cant be switched on. One of the room lights are flickering Swimming pool : dirty walls and floor! Lights are terribly dim. All of us suffered rashes after swimming. After 10pm or so no more bubbles. Upon booking, was informed there'll be daily house keeping 10am to 12pm but only came on the 3rd day. Swimming pool cleaning states daily but didnt come at all. Owner also informed the house keeping is able to help with laundry at a price but when asked, house keeping says to send it to laundry ourselves. NO SOFA

Je pense quil faudrais mettre une sonnette a l’entrée car la première fois la femme de chambre est rentré sans prévenir ou sans frapper (même si l’heure etait indiquée qu’elle venait) la 2e fois on nous dit qu’a 9h30 les mecs de la piscine viennent au finale ils sont venu dans l’après midi encore une fois sans frapper sans prévenir j’étais dans la chambre en sous vêtements quand je les ai vu au bord de la piscine, je n’est pas du tout aimé qu’il y est une caméra qui filme tout l’extérieur de la piscine (même si c’était mentionné qu’il y avait des caméras) j’aime bien me baigner et bronzer sans que quelqu’un me regarde (ou pas) c’est pas top pour l’intimité, il y a beaucoup trop de fourmis il faudrait traiter car elles grimpent même dans notre lit 😑 il y avait aussi un gecko pendant tout notre séjour dans la cuisine et la salle de bain nous avons pas réussi à le faire fuir, sachant que pendant toute une journée et toute une soirée nous avons pas eu de wifi car il y avait un problème mais le propriétaire nous a offre une nuit de +, revoir la propreté (toile d’araignée dans le placard, pleins de cheveux d’autres clients dans les galets blancs, traces de mains gras sur les placards de la cuisine)

Location was fantastic, beautiful property with fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Cleanliness needs improvement: the cupboard and hangers were dusty, the bathtub was sandy, and the kitchen especially the sink was not clean. After giving it a thorough clean, we informed the caretaker that no further cleaning was necessary, as we had taken care of it ourselves.
