Tulipe Family House-Pool and Parking

Sem dúvida que o melhor deste alojamento é o seu anfitrião. Fomos super bem recebidos, embora já tarde (eram 23h) a anfitriã recebeu-nos super bem, educada e cheia de dicas para nos fazer ter a melhor experiência possível. Esteve sempre disponível para tudo e permitiu-nos ficar no alojamento até às 18h porque o nosso voo de regresso era só à noite. Super recomendo. Se voltar a marraquexe é aqui que volto a ficar…

Só o facto da piscina encerrar às segundas, mas isso não é culpa do alojamento.

The place was clean and comfortable, the host was lovely, always helping and making sure we felt safe and sound. Strongly recommended!

Very clean apartment. Lovely size for a family of 5. Everything was available from towels to bedsheets.

Es war alles Super. Das Appartement war Top. Die Umgebung ist Top. Der Pool war Super Super gut,die Kinder und wir haben eine schöne Zeit gehabt. Ein großes Lob und Dankeschön an die Vermieterin. Sie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit wenn man fragen oder hilfe braucht. Wir werden wieder kommen.

This is my honest review and has the potential of getting a 9 or even a 10 rating which I will explain in the bad points. The host was very good, infact she was almost excellent. She was there to greet us, answered all the questions. There were some issues i.e broken chair which she replaced quickly. Location was excellent and the apartment was a good size. Swimming pool was big too.

The AC wasn't working from the very first day. The property is advertised with AC, the reason why we booked this apartment due to the warm/hot climates in Morocco. We wasn't happy about that, so told the host about this. She responded promptly and arranged a technician to visit. She came along with the technician, but he couldn't fix it. Then, when I asked when this was likely to get fixed, the host initially said a few days. After querying this further, she changed her reply, saying that the AC would not be fixed during our 8 night stay as we couldn't be in the apartment when they came to fix it. Obviously, we weren't happy about this, so I asked for fans to be provided at least as it was hot in the apartment. She just replied saying "sorry there are no fans in the residence". I have paid all this money for this stay and you can't even provide us with fans at least?? I was back and forth with her asking for fans, but she kept saying no fans in the residence. It's only when I mentioned that there are flies in the apartment that were attacking during the night, that she took action and provided 2 fans. I mean, firstly, it's the hosts fault for not checking the AC is not working, she should have checked this beforehand. Secondly I shouldn't have to keep asking for fans as this should have been provided anyways after realising the AC isn't working. If I knew beforehand the AC wasn't working, I would have stayed elsewhere!!! Another thing was the WiFi had stopped working just over mid way during our stay. She replaced the hub with another one, which was nice of her to do so, but that hardly worked as the connection was very poor. As mentioned before, this could have been a 9 or 10 rating, but the AC not working at all and the host reluctant to provide us with fans has dropped the rating for me. Also, the poor WiFi connection near the end in consideration reflects on the ratings.

What an amazing host, she could not help us enough! Our trip to Marrakech would not have been as enjoyable if we didn't book this property and have this wonderful host! Excellent location around 10 minutes from the medina and other places, great size apartment, very clean too and she even left a puzzle for our daughter to play with while she was there. I cannot thank you enough for all your help! Highly recommend booking here!!
