"Disappointing stay"

Exterior appearance is good. Staff was helpful and tried to resolve the issues. Hot water issue was there so staff was trying to provide us a bucket of water in the morning.
WiFi weak as modem kept outside the room. No hot water. Mosquitoes issue was there. 2131 sqft mentioned in booking.com was wrong. Balcony and Terrace didn't belong to individual room but common facility. This was intentionally not revealed in website. Floors were sticky. Even they arranged for alternate room, it had got only 3L capacity for hot water in bathroom and it was not working.
