die Rezeption, Herr Adil ist sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wenn es auch Probleme gibt Versucht er es sofort zu lösen Security Frau Sevda, sehr nett, sehr zuvorkommend einfach eine spitze Frau füttert. Die Katzen auf eigenen Kosten. Herr Adil und Herr Sevda sind einfach tolle Menschen.

Das Essen ist sehr vielfältig, aber immer das selbe. Man könnte schon bisschen kreativ sein.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern. Hier ist immer was los bis spät abends, also definitiv kein lahmes Rentner Hotel. Die Buffets sind okay von der Auswahl, aber die Qualität ist eher mittelmäßig. Aber auch damit kommt man klar

Niet te groot complex, kamers zijn goed en mooi zwembad. De titel “ultra all in” vind ik niet passen, gezien je extra moet betalen voor een suikerspin, fruitdrankje, alla cart restaurant en voor roomservice €5,- voor 1 bakkie koffie moet betalen. Verder is het oké en de entertainment is wel goed en niet afgezaagd.
