Excellent Villa with all the facilities you would need and a lovely pool. Good location for town. Costas and his father were extremely helpful and responded very quickly if needed.

We had an amazing stay! The villa lived up to expectations completely, it was comfortable with everything we could have needed. The pool area was secluded and quiet, and location was great with the shops and beach only a short walk! Costas was super helpful, he arranged our transfers and put us in touch with a great local car rental firm. We also loved the visits from the Cat which my son named Tibbles!

Great and spacious property, and an ideal location - just a short walk to the beach and town with lots going on. We loved the pool also, and the welcome package was a really nice touch. Bonus points for the cutest cat who visited us every day!

Not far from town but short walk up hill. We gave property 9/10 but if it had a shower in downstairs toilet , it would have been 10/10.

This is quite a spacious villa with a private swimming pool equipped with all that you can need for a good vacation. It is not located in the first line or not directly in Skala village however you can get by foot to the nice beach in Skala and also to all places of interest in Skala barely in 10 minutes. It is quite a calm location. You have a partial view of the sea and Zakynthos island from the terraces. Also mountains are visible from the windows looking to the yard. You can get by car (5 mins drive) to the nearest sand beach - Kaminia - one of the longest beaches of Kefalonia with crystalline waters, an ideal spot for a silent and relaxed day under the warm sun with the views of Zakynthos. The beach also offers shelter to the loggerhead Carretta-Carretta sea turtles, so you can see their footprints as minimum. As maximum you can see the turtles themselves. Villa is quite comfortable, air-conditioning is working good, which is quite handy during hot wawes. Cleaning service is every 3 days. Swimming pool is big, well maintained. Comfortable for swimming. Space around the pool has sunbeds and umbrellas. Costas, the host, is very open, helpful and proactive young man. You can ask any information about what to visit there and what kind of entertainment or offers you can find there in Skala or on Kefalonia itself.

Surprisingly it was a calm place despite being located not so far from the main road to Skala. This points us to the fact that there are missing sidewalks for about 100-150 meters, so you must be careful walking on the road side in Skala direction. However the road is new, well lit and quite wide. So no big problem. The second point is that we experienced issues with internet stability. However Costas is under resolving this issue with the provider.

This is our third time staying at one of the paspalis villas. We usally do not travel back to the same place twice, but for this place we have made an exeption. We love the house where we can chill by the pool and have barbecue nights using the grill. The closeness to the town is also brilliant, and we buy fresh bread everyday at the bakery in the main street and take a morning bath in the sea before heading back home for breakfast. The owners are amazing and so helpful with all our needs. No mather what our issue/questions was they fixed it immediately. Definatley coming back
