"This was the worst experience I’ve had staying at a hotel. Please think twice before booking this place."

Very disappointed with this hotel. The door could not open and we had to wait almost 30–40 minutes just to get into the room. They are still using old-style keys while most hotels already use access cards. The staff was not helpful at all and did not handle the situation properly. There was also no proper internet access because the WiFi was being shared with another unit. The room was not clean as expected. This was the worst experience I’ve had staying at a hotel. Please think twice before booking this place.
