Kawasan dah tmpt okey takada apa2 mslah cuma owner shaja yg bermasalah tentang deposit..

Sy tidak suka mengenai pasal deposit .. sepatutnya kalau dah chek out pstu pergi cheking bilik ada barang rosak atau kehilangan apa2 , kalau takada apa2 ok dah cukup bagi jela deposit.. ini kena tunggu 7 hari berkerja, kalau deposit tu sikit takapa, ini mintak RM200 lepastu sidai duit org lama2..

"Great value for money"

The studio was excellent for us and we enjoyed being there. Self check in and out was easy. Property management was accessible and responsive. The pool is great.

The only slight inconvenience for those who prefer walking is the crossing of the big roads. Other than that, everything is great.

Nearby to the shopping area.

Should have told us that there's a 400rm deposit and the deposit can only be refunded 7 days after checking out. We felt exploited because we already made payment for two bookings and we have to top up the deposit on the day of checking in. This is not a market practice.
