Expansive Ground Floor Pensione.

Loved the space and eclectic decor. Charming and quiet. We didn't really spend much time there but the bed was extremely comfortable which is my number one item of importance. It is a very old building but they have done a nice job of making it comfortable. The hosts were very nice and wanted to be helpful in any way.

The one thing they could do is paint the baseboards a little better as it looks like there has been a leak in there at one time and it shows on the baseboards. Also they need to leave you a note about the hot water situation, you have to run the water for quite a long time before the hot water reaches you. It wasn't a big deal for us as we were only there one night.

Place very clean. bed and couch comfortable.

It was clean except for the cobwebs.

The outside needs to be cleaned up. From the outside it looks like an abandoned apartment building. The neighborhood wasn’t good. We put a chair in front of the door while we slept because we didn’t feel safe. We also had a cracked window in the kitchen.

Everything. The location was exceptional. Unit was large, clean, and comfortable. There's a beautiful park across the street and in the Historic downtown area of town. Took many lovely walks around the neighborhood, which has restaurants, quaint homes, and shops. Excellent views of Jerome and surrounding mountains. Will stay there again.
