"管理が雑"

布団、枕がふわふわで気持ち良く寝れた。 サウナはしっかり温度が上がり気持ち良く、水道水もキンキンに冷たい為、水風呂も気持ち良かった

鍋やフライパンは曲がりや傷、前の人の汚れが残っていて、取っ手が取れるタイプですが、ガタガタでちゃんと使えない 食器や調理器具も汚れが残っていた 備品の補充が全然出来ていない。トイレットペーパーは予備がなく、食器洗剤、ボディソープも中身が入っていませんでした。 すぐに連絡しましたが、当日対応が出来ないから自分で購入して、後からレシートを提出して返金と言われたが、写真はとても綺麗で、快適に宿泊出来ると思い予約しましたが、とても残念な気持ちになりました。

⭐︎のびのびと過ごすことができたので、有り難かった。 ⭐︎サウナ入り放題、最高でした！ ⭐︎比較的綺麗だと思いました。

⭐︎もう少しチェックインアウトの時間の幅を広げてほしい。希望)チェックイン:1500〜、チェックアウト:〜12:00 ⭐︎看板が分かりづらい、見つけられなかったです。

・特になし ・三井不動産レジデンシャルのブランド名を信頼してしまった事が、落ち度でした。

1)不衛生 2)設備の破損が多数あり ・バスルーム2ヶ所(ドア/シャワー) ・キッチン窓鍵の破損 3)管理会社の対応 ・誤った情報の提供 (予約確定前に確認したにも関わらず、誤った情報提供に対しての誠意) ・滞在中は設備不良が修理される事なく 滞在した事に対する、管理会社の態度
