Appartement idéalement situé, à deux pas du duomo de Parme; équipement complet, y compris dans la cuisine.

Procédure de check-in et de parking impersonnelle, lourde et complexe (plusieurs codes, boîtes à clé, etc.), pas adaptée pour un court séjour d'une seule nuit; le parking payant est relativement loin du logement; le logement, situé au rez-de-chaussée, était sombre et frais, en ce mois de mai 2026 assez peu ensoleillé.

"Staying in the middle of Parma!"

The location of the accommodation is outstanding. It is right next to the cathedral of Parma. Additionally, there was a parking lot that could be booked in addition - as a result we did not had any issues with searching for a parking lot or anxiety that someone could break into the car. Furthermore, it was possible to use the parking lot even a little longer after the check-out. Big thanks to Tiziana!

Nothing. However, the room was kind of small. But we have been aware of that and therefore it was no problem for us.

We stayed here for only one night, but we had a very good experience. One person from our group was feeling unwell, and the host kindly offered us an earlier check-in, which we really appreciated. Thank you again for understanding and helping us in this situation. The apartment is very spacious, with enough room for everyone in our group. Everything is well equipped and comfortable. The interior has a beautiful traditional Italian atmosphere, almost like a medieval Italian style, which made the stay even more special. Everything was clean, cozy, and well prepared. We really enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated the host’s kindness and flexibility.
