"Soggiorno pessimo"

Purtroppo c'era un divano letto vecchio con una rete vecchia un materasso bassissimo e consumato sotto il quale c'erano tre pezzi di gomma piuma. Inoltre la stanza era senza nessuna finestra con il letto davanti alla porta ingresso. Abbiamo chiesto al proprietario più volte di provvedere il cambio del materasso abbiamo avuto la risposta che prima di noi non si era lamentato nessuno e lui non può fare nulla. P.s. Visto la risposta della struttura allego la foto del materasso, così altri possono vedere se è stato davvero un capriccio o semplicemente un diritto di dormire in un letto comodo, dato che la struttura era valutata " in maniera positiva"
