ARIt was very clean, it has a super comfy bed and Laura is a great guest, always ready to reply to any doubts or suggestions about ericeira.
Location is not bad but it is better if you have your own car or you are keen on walking 25mins to and from the city or use uber to visit the further away beaches

NLThe bed was comfortable, communication with host was quick and clear, kitchen is well equipped. From my room, beautiful view on the beach (not all rooms had that view).
The location is a 30-minute walk away from town. If you have a car you are fine. If you travel by public transport, you need to walk at least 20-30 minutes (+ steep hill) to find restaurants and shops. The bathroom is shared, which I didn't know beforehand. Sometimes I had to wait to take a shower in the morning, as it was occupied by other guests, this was a bit inconvenient. It was a lovely place, just different than I expected, therefore unfortunately I can only give it a 6.5 out of 10.
