Pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine, une fuite dans les toilette qui fait beaucoup de bruit. Et surtout impossible d'avoir une facture après de multiples demandes !

時間が過ぎてもチェックインの用意が出来ていないので。部屋には入れず連絡も遅れ待たされた。 レンジのガスが無く料理が遅れた。 部屋には蚊が多くいて良く眠れない。

1、住宿存在安全隐患：燃气灶在卧室中，却没有任何排风设备，万一煤气泄漏，则后果不堪设想，所以我们不得不开窗睡觉。 2、热水器容量太小，不够洗澡。 3、最后一天上午10:00开始做饭，烹饪到一半却发现煤气罐空了，无法做饭。

Die Parkplatzsituation und der Lärm durch den Markt. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig daher hört man jede Bewegung der Nachbarn.
ESLa ubicación es fantástica, en pleno centro de Catania. Las vistas son bonitas.
La ducha es lamentable. La mampara del baño está suelta y el agua se sale poniéndolo todo perdido. Recomiendo a la propiedad que invierta y repare este inconveniente que hace que ducharse no sea cómodo y agradable.
