DEDEGeschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, sauber, sehr ruhig, weil in der 2. Reihe gelegen. Bar, Läden, Bushaltestelle und Pizzeria, auch der Ort des wöchentlichen Marktes um die Ecke. Sehr nette und zuverlässige Betreuung durch den Besitzer. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Die zwei Betten im 2. Schlafzimmer sind für Erwachsene bisschen schmal und die Matratzen könnten etwas besser sein. Es gibt einen Balkon, aber man kann nicht draußen essen. Aber sitzen schon.

ITCi è piaciuto tutto, a partire dall'host Fabio che si è dimostrato disponibilissimo e molto gentile. Ci ha mandato indicazioni utilissime per raggiungere la struttura, compreso il link per prenotare il traghetto con auto per il Lido... insomma super efficiente e super apprezzato! La casa poi è nuovissima, pulitissima, in posizione strategica e dotata di tutti i confort. Consigliatissimo! per una bella vacanza rilassante al Lido o come base per visitare la sempre bellissima Venezia (il Lido è molto ben collegato).
aggiungerei solo il microonde e qualche piatto in più alla dotazione della cucina, per il resto perfetta!
AMAwesome host Fabio made our vacation in Lido just incredible! Charming, responsive, helpful and caring person! The apartment is impeccably clean and comfortable. Very spacious and looks even better than on the photos. Airconditioners work well and in all tree rooms. Comfortable beds, great blackouts. Kitchen is well equipped with whatever you may think of but for microwave (if you need one) - thus the oven is modern and clean. Big fridge, washing mashing, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster with some reasonable choice of food like sugar, salt, oil, coffee capsules, tea, etc. A welcome bottle of still water in the fridge was very much appreciated! Fresh flowers were beyond any expectations. Cleaning tools and detergents all in place. No direct sun in the rooms. Nice balcony to the garden. 5 minutes walk from the beach. 5 bus stops from the Vaporetto station. Small shops and cafes nearby. For bigger supermarket you may take a bus or walk approximately 1 km. All buses are regular and air conditioned. Very relaxing and calm vacation. Not many people on the beach. Quiet nights. We will definitely come back one day!
