Eccellente la pulizia dell'appartamento, non mi e mai capitato di trovare tanto ordine. Ottimo i 2 servizi e tanto spazio nonostante i 6 letti, uno nella camera e 2 nell'openspace in soggiorno. Per noi che avevamo i passeggini è stato molto comodo anche per il fatto del piano rialzato e del parcheggio!!

L'unica pecca è la mancanza dell'aria condizionata che con dei bimbi sarebbe più comoda, comunque la casa e dotata di 2 ventilatori.

The Internet hardly worked which is hard when you’re relying on WiFi. The beds are not comfortable so we didn’t sleep very good during our stay

New buiding appartment was very clear and nice. Large rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, parking were benefits for us. Simone was very helpfull, he waited for us from the reason of our late arrive. Appartment is about 5 minuetes walk from sea. We were very satisfied. In front of appartment there is a bus stop, you can travel by bus free around Lerici.

Everything was perfect.

Convenient location with parking lot, right outside the ZTL. The host was very friendly and flexible. There is a free bus stop right outside the door. The bus does loop around the area, which is very convenient! The apartment is new, clean and well designed.

The main bed was comfortable, but the two additional sofa beds were terrible—the worst we encountered on our entire trip. The wooden structure was painfully noticeable through the thin mattress, pressing directly against the middle of the back and making it impossible to sleep well. They might be tolerable for one night, but unbearable for any longer stay.
