Was not given the executive suite I paid for! Was given lower standard apart instead! Dishes were broken, no water was provided. Had to wait three hours after check in time for them to check in. Floors were not clean or moped., it was just not the level of the executive suite I paid for and the furniture was not the quality of the executive suite. Was not offered a lower rate or given any extra time to check out!
