INVery conjusted space and also very difficult to reach the hotel as it located in upwards direction
INThe room is very near to botanical park
On 15th also I called them and told them about my arrival timings and everything .. and on 17th when I reached there by 12.10 pm the person told me that room is not available now reason was people staying in the room has gone for outing by locking the door and keeping their things and they also told me that they don't know when will they come back so till they arrive told me to find any other option. If I'm gone alone this was not a issue for me but I went to ooty with my family ( father 75yrs, Mother 70 yrs, daughter 3 yrs , wife and me). After reaching there getting any other rooms was also difficult This was bad experience I faced there. Travelling for 6 hrs continuously and after reaching there and they informing like this is very bad. If they have arranged a temporary place (because they know we coming ) then also I me n family willbegome happy... no such things have happened... through booking this is my first bad experience

INI went with my family. It wasn't good stay. Broken locks in bathrooms. Poor WiFi connectivity. Rooms aren't clean. We can find better properties cheaper than the cost of this one.
