Our stay was great! Room was clean. Check in was easy. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Always have a great experience with Tru Hotels with a more affordable price tag than most! Can’t wait to stay again another time.

The breakfast was wonderful. The pancake maker was a great idea - especially with the variety of toppings available.

Great place

Clean, we were here a week ago and when we decided to stay in NWA after our hiking, we immediately decided to book this hotel because the room is clean, minimalist, the bathroom is nice. The staff are friendly specially Camilo who welcomed us again when we arrived. He even chat with us and gave us pointers about the area. I made sure that I don't forget his name this time because last time I forgot his name on my comment but he is accommodating to us. Thank you. The breakfast this time is good with additional bacon aside from the usual egg and sausage. The parking is ok and enough for everyone.

Although there is no bathtub and pool but that is not a dealbreaker.

It looks like a new hotel. I want to emphasize the cleanliness of our room. Very minimalist, no storage like cabinet or closet but it's ok. No carpeted flooring which is good. No bad smell. Bed is comfortable big to share. The bathroom is really clean and big, I like the glass shower and the hot water. No bathtub which is not a dealbreaker. Towels are clean as well as the bedsheets. Complete sets of shampoo, conditioner and bodywash plus handsoap and lotion which are all in squizable big bottles that are attached on the wall. So for those who loves to take home some of small disposable bottles after your stay, there is no chance unless you have refillable small bottles with you hahaha. The staff were nice. The guy ( I forgot his name ) whom I talked because we we're expected to arrived late was very accommodating. The lady during breakfast hours who hand me my phone because I forgot it on the counter of the breakfast buffet area (thank you). And the lady whom I talked to inquiring why there is an extra $25 charge on my card was nice and informative. The breakfast is just ordinary. Not a lot of varieties. The pancake maker is entertaining because I am used of waffle maker in a hotel. Refillable water station with a built in water filter is a plus. This hotel is a must try. Although, I wasn't able to sleep nicely on our first night because I could hear the loud snoring of a guess next to us but everything is excellent.

The breakfast doesn't have a lot of varieties. During the 2 days stayed, we only saw scrambled eggs.
