Super clean and tidy property, very handy to have a washing machine/washing line and we enjoyed being able to get out in the garden. Great location for what we needed - which was proximity to our family in Wakefield.

The only thing that would have been handy was a hair dryer!

Lovely and clean. Comfortable beds. Multiple toilets. Kitchen with plenty of appliances. Tv. Wifi. Garden.

No curtains in property especially in the bedrooms and white blinds.. meant we were all up up with the sun at 5:05. Not great with a child to entertain for the rest of the day. We had to hang blankets on the empty curtain poles to at least get some sort of ‘lie in’ on our final day

We had a fantastic time in Wakefield, the house was perfect with everything we needed, there were great views across the fields and a huge park which was in walking distance. Claire went out of her way to assist us and also very kindly helped return something which i had left. Exceptional service. I would definitely stay in the house again. Thank you.

Everything! Location was ideal. Beds comfy. Well equipped kitchen. The house doesn’t look that big from the outside but it’s really deceptive. Such good value for money in comparison to a hotel. Great communication from the host. Would definitely stay again.

Really clean and very well equipped. Close to the town and the train station. Easy and plentiful parking.
