Clean and easy to checkin and checkout. Has all you need to stay, to cook, wash clothes. Great apartment.

La comunicación con los anfitriones y que está a 20 minutos andando de la estación de tren, el puerto y el centro de Salerno.

El acceso al apartamento tiene escaleras, por lo que no es accesible ni recomendable para las personas con discapacidad. Y las almohadas podrían ser más cómodas.

La estancia tenía todo lo necesario para una familia, con una terraza interior, aire acondicionado y lavadora y bastantes utensilios de cocina. Bastante cómoda y limpia, ideal para familia y estar tranquilos en los momentos de descanso.

El coche se aparca en la calle, aunque es un barrio seguro, depende las horas y el día podía ser difícil encontrar un puesto para aparcar.

The apartment is modern and clean, but several things didn’t work properly: the shower drain, AC, and coffee machine (the host told me to buy the part myself). The bedroom only had a rod with a few hangers (no closet or drawers). On the first day, the host forgot the breakfast vouchers. Location is a bit far from the port and the building façade is old. Unfortunately, the host’s attitude and treatment made this one of our worst stays after a month of otherwise kind and professional hosts.

Our stay was ruined by the host’s lack of flexibility and the aggressive behavior of her cleaning staff and her partner. We had agreed directly with the host to add one more night. I didn’t have euros in cash since I usually pay with credit card, so I offered to pay her in U.S. dollars. She didn't accept, so we went out early in the morning to find a currency exchange, which turned out to be surprisingly difficult — I had to walk very far and accept a terrible rate to get euros. The host had told me the day before that checkout was at 10:15, which I believe is quite early, and I asked if we could stay until 10:30 — she agreed. On the morning of checkout, at 10:06, I messaged her explaining the situation and kindly asked for 20 extra minutes since my husband was returning from the long walk to exchange money. She didn’t reply, but I thought it would be fine, as in all our other stays, hosts had been very kind, and checkout had always been at 11.30 am or 12 pm. As it usually is. At 10:30 sharp, the cleaning lady arrived with her boyfriend, immediately rude. We let them in and asked her to start in the kitchen or living room while we finished changing in the room. The host then sent unfriendly messages telling us to leave. Before leaving at 10:50, we left the cash on the table and recorded a short video to show proof of payment — simply for transparency. This enraged the cleaning lady’s partner, who wrongly assumed we were filming him. He aggressively confronted us, shouting and demanding we delete the video. It felt threatening and completely unacceptable. The host later defended him, claiming he was “protecting his girlfriend” — because we filmed a table with money on it. Completely absurd.

- Большое количество комаров, спать иногда они мешали; - Неприятный запах на кухне; - Грязный холодильник; - Недостаточно чистые противни в духовке; - Запах плесени в спальне у кровати; - Муравьи в квартире, мы очень удивились этому; - Владелец не представился, с кем велась переписка было непонятно, но это чисто человеческий фактор и на оценку не влияет.

L’appartement très beau, très bien équipé, propriétaire très dispo et sympa. Literie très confortable. Situé à 1km300 du duomo,20min de marche.

Environnement assez bruyant que ce soit dans l'immeuble ou dans la rue. Belle terrasse dommage donnant sous l’escalier de l’immeuble. Le stationnement très compliqué. Petit déj au legati bar à 350m du logement.

Spacious apartment. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. Well-equipped kitchen. Mosquito net for the windows and doors - much appreciated. Quiet for sleeping. Big and very nice covered terazza - nice and cool in the day. It's on the ground floor so maybe not very much natural light but very good artificial light - and it was nice and cool; would definitely be a plus in the hot summer months. Very easy self check-in, check-out and good contact with owner.

It was a very cozy apartment not so far from the center. Chiara was very warm and was very quick to respond.
