It was very difficult to find the place, especially if you don’t have internet access or a way to make phone calls. Even though I had messaged them in advance, they didn’t reply. When we arrived, we had to wait outside for 40 minutes because no one opened the door. They didn’t answer the phone or respond to my messages, even though I had already reserved and paid for the room. After waiting, they finally replied asking me to send our passports. When I complained about having to wait so long, the person I spoke to was rude, arrogant, and not welcoming at all. They hung up the phone and stopped responding. Only after we sent the passports did they tell us the room number so we could get in. The room had no air conditioning, it was very noisy throughout the night, and there were mosquitoes if you opened the windows. Even the hair dryer didn’t work. Because of all these issues and the poor customer service, I would not recommend staying here.

Da Booking non è specificato che l’appartamento comprende più stanze e uno di questi (quello che abbiamo preso noi) ha il bagno “privato” fuori dalla camera, é in corridoio. La cucina é in comune, a parte. Però era tutto pulito

Principalmente mancanza di aria condizionata con camere volte totalmente verso il sole. Scortesia dell’oste che non si è fatto trovare al check in e che al telefono si è anche infastidito. Bagno esterno alla camera, siamo dovuti uscire nel corridoio per utilizzare il bagno.

Nincs légkondicionáló, ami ilyen délen, nagyon hiányzott! Egy törött ventillátor, a szoba nagyon meleg volt!!! A bejutás is problémás volt, a szállásadó nem kérte időben a dokumentumokat, ( az eddigi szállások előző nap ezt megtették!) csak a repülőn kaptuk meg az üzenetét, ahol nem tudtuk elküldeni. Mindezt- a beígért segítség nélkül- a forgalmas utcán, zajban kellett megoldanunk, mert még a lépcsőházba se tudtunk bejutni. Eléggé udvariatlannak találtuk. A takarítás, szálloda lévén, nem volt mindennapos, a padló nem volt felporszívózva, felmosva 1 héten át. A mezítlábas talpunk fekete volt a kosztól. Utolsó napra még a WC papírt sem pótolták. De leginkább a légkondi hiánya miatt nyári idényben senkinek nem ajánlanánk. Többször voltunk már itáliai szálláson, de mindközül ez volt a legkifogásolhatóbb.
