Desert Mermaid in Sedona

The bed was comfortable, nice outdoor space and it was all very spacious. It was in great location to hikes and restaurants.

Having living room in addition to bed room made the stay comfortable. Sedona is place for trekking but due to the hot climate difficult to do trekking whole day, so going back to the hotel with living room is important.

Name of hotel is not on the Google map so make sure where the hotel is in advance.

Really clean, roomy and comfortable. Convenient to attractions, restaurants and easy access. Very quiet. Only suggestion is to leave the dishes on display off the table. It makes the table unusable. Leave the dishes in the cupboard.

Great location! It was within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. A close drive to all the hikes we wanted to do. The scenery was amazing! The apartment was exactly what we needed for the week. Clean, comfortable, quiet. It has covered parking, great hot water, and wifi. We would stay here again! They also had a great binder with suggestions of things to do and what restaurants are in the area. Very nice touch!

The property was really nice

Everything about the place was very nice. Just a couple things, there was a metal straw left on the bed, dryer sheet on the floor, body wash was empty and the living room blinds were dirty at the bottom nothing major. Overall stay was really nice and very homey feeling. I would recommend to family and friends.

The Desert Mermaid was exactly as advertised: very clean, great wifi, well-stocked kitchen and bath, and a door code makes check-in easy. The location is convenient with a number of restaurants and a Whole Foods store within walking distance. Despite being right off 89A it was remarkably quiet. (We were there in January and and the other 3 apartments were not occupied. The noisy car wash mentioned in some other reviews did not appear to be open then.) Angus communicated promptly on two different occasions.

The only thing I didn't like was the lighting - not bright enough for me to read, but then I have macular degeneration and need exceptionally bright lights.
