Great location, not far from the international centre where we had a sports competition. Very clean and comfortable, easy instructions on how to get in.

Shower doesn't have a wall fixing so you have to hold the shower head the entire time to wash which is a bit of pain, especially for members with long hair.

the property was a good size for our group and was in very good condition. the lounge was fantastic and cosy, and the kitchen was fully equipped for our needs.

it would have been nice to have mirrors in all the bedrooms and the downstairs toilet, but that is a very minor point.

nothing very ruff area like a ghetto drug den

area is very ruff like a ghetto not realy safe to go out at night a house 2 houses away go raided by 5 police cars first night Next door neighbours are druggies a proper ruff area not worth money at all house is ruff inside smoke alarms are 7 years over usable date Shower has no head to attach it to wall stay well clear of this one
