"House that needs a refubeshment, or an update to the foto portfolio"

Location to the workplace was fine and acceptable

As the firm that charges you a deposit for the property with an ID, we expected something exceptional... what we found the house with damaged furniture, water leak damaged ceilling, stained carpets and walls. Also we found the property has not been dusted and has alot of spider webs with a house spider pet, living in a bathroom.

"Little disappointing."

Accommodation warm. Decent shower. Full kitchen.

Surrounding area not very nice. Lots of litter and unkempt houses. Floorboards seemed loose and very creaky. Need attention. Staircase very steep, not suitable for small children or the infirm.

Was a nice modern finish, cleanliness and plenty of towels was good. Facilities and tea and coffee was all good.

Someone got arrested outside the property while staying there. The stair banister at the bottom was broken and loose and potentially dangerous for our children. The sofa had a large rip in it.
