Super helpful and friendly host. Everything in the apartment you could want. Luxury bed. In the heart of Ioannina. Thank you, I had such a wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect, with attention to detail: extraordinary facilities, a beautiful flat TV, super comfy beds with two pillow options per person, a fully equipped kitchen, Temperature control, managed via a wall-mounted system, ensured consistent comfort with air circulating through airways, even within the bathroom! Additionally, there's a lovely balcony with electric awnings. Lastly, the apartment was impeccably clean, and the location was superb, within minutes walking distance to anywhere. Last but not least, host was extremely helpful answering to any questions within minutes. Needles to say that I totally reccomend it!

Apartment was clean, kitchen well equipped, bed very comfortable , the sofa bed not so much, but for the children sleeping it was ok. Owner very helpful, we did a last minute booking, and they prepared the room for our family in less than an hour.

the location is great for being right in the center of everything, bars, restaurants and shops but during the night it was so loud. Cars, motorcycles and people, you could hear eveything. We were ok but if you are a light sleeper then it would be a problem.

Central location close to all major sightseeing venues, excellent heating and warm water

Size of the room for a family of four, absence of an elevator.
