The room has everything you need and is located in a quiet area, but only a 10 minute walk away from the Dutch fort, railway and bus central station. What made my stay really special was the great kindness and hospitality of the owner, she is so warmhearted and caring, it felt like staying with family. Thank you so much!

One room in a family house. Had kettle, tea, cups. Also had a washing machine. Family very friendly and helpful. They gave us local ginger, sweet tea upon arrival, delicious. Again in the morning. Great local food place just up the road.

Very nice and helpful landlord, flexible on the arrival time (we arrived a bit late). We received tea as welcome gift. WiFi was working well. There was hot water in the shower, towels and soap. Nice beds with a thin blanket. It's about 15 minutes walking from the entrance to the old city of Galle and from the bus/train station, in a quiet area.

Keep in mind that there is no A/C (but personally I don't like A/C so I even preferred as it was, for me the fan was enough). Maybe as an improvement a mosquito net or mosquito repellent could be added.

Very friendly and helpful hosts! The apartment which is situated near the garden is really well equipped. There is everything you need, nice and clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Not far from the old town and bus station - walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.
