Did not get the confirmation email from Booking.com so couldn't access the property. But the owner sorted it out straight away, so all good. Booking.com didn't respond when tried to contact them.

GBThe property delivered a clean, modern, and welcoming space that truly felt like a home away from home. It was an ideal setting for a relaxing staycation, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The price was great during our stay and location was ideal with only a short work to the station and shopping centre.
Throughout our four-night stay, we had only one proper hot shower. The rest of the time, the water was barely lukewarm or outright cold. Given the hot weather, a functioning shower was essential for comfort and well-being. When we reported the issue, the response was an apology, despite other rooms being available. It was disappointing that no practical solution—such as access to another shower or a room change—was offered. We understand that the problem stemmed from a faulty thermostat and wasn’t easily fixable during our stay, but a more proactive approach would have made a meaningful difference. Had the shower worked properly, this would have easily been a 10/10 and rated as an exceptional stay.
GBThe room was filled with furniture to make it very comfortable. It also had a lot of appliances. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. It also had a kitchen, wash room and lounge. We also had access to a large garden and pouch. I couldn't ask for more. My stay there was great
