GBAccommodation was like stopping in a friends annex, everything you could need and then some. Location perfect for exploring with regular bus and train into Edinburgh too. Would definitely stop here again if up in the area.
GBWell equipped & comfortable with everything you would need. Well located on the bus route between Dunbar & Edinburgh & on the John Muir walking trail. Lots of places to eat in East Linton & a small shop just down the road. Easy to find & parking out the front of the property.
Apartment was very cold when we arrived ( it was a bright sunny day with a chill wind & we had been walking). Took all evening to warm up so probably had not been used for at least a few days. The apartment didn’t get much sun & was a little dark which didn’t help. The style was shabby chic & felt a bit cluttered. No information in the apartment either about the area or the equipment there. We never managed to get the TV to work as couldn't get a signal.

There was no information on the heating, television, cooker. It would've been very useful to have this and not waste my first night trying to work it out. The television signal was very poor. I used my tablet to stream shows.

Perhaps the spare couch bed coukd be more comfy.
GBGreat location, very cosy and plenty hot water. Comfortable bed (although very soft pillows), well equipped kitchen.
No house instructions (for heating, tv, oven, bins/recycling etc). There is a heating control and the owner kindly offered to come and help us if necessary but a basic ‘this is how the house works’ sheet would be helpful. We couldn’t open the bedroom window which was annoying. Tv reception is very patchy.
GBIt was very spacious it had all the amenities we needed for a great stay, was peaceful and calm area a lovely stay will be back.

Een overvolle cottage met veel persoonlijke spullen. Alsof het bewoond wordt? Keuken plakkerig. Afzuigkap niet aangesloten. De badkamer toe aan vernieuwing! De vloer en plinten behoorlijk vies. Ook achter het toilet, vies. Te veel geur van geurstokjes. De kachel werkte niet, waren ook geen instructies aanwezig.
