Good location, well appointed apartment. Great coms from the host in the run up to the booking. Very comfy beds...!

No major concerns. I can imagine it could be very noisy for some people - the pub directly outside was super busy after midnight. But we liked this. :)

Overall stay at THE NEST We had an amazing stay at THE NEST! The apartment was perfectly located—just a short walk to the tram that took us directly to the Kappa Futur Festival. Super convenient and well connected. Hosts The hosts were fantastic—warm, responsive, and thoughtful. They let us drop off our luggage early even while they were still finishing the cleaning, and it was lovely to briefly meet them in person. As a welcome surprise, they even left a chilled bottle of prosecco for us in the fridge! Facilities The apartment had everything we needed: two spacious bedrooms (perfect for two couples), a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher!), a cozy living room with a TV and comfy couch, and even a small terrace. It was very comfortable and well set up for relaxing between festival days. Cleanliness Spotless. The apartment was super clean when we arrived and felt well maintained throughout. Comfort The space was roomy, the beds were comfortable, and we really appreciated having areas to chill out. The only downside was the heatwave—above 35°C—which made it tough to enjoy the terrace, but that’s obviously beyond anyone’s control. Value for money Absolutely worth it. Between the great location, generous hosts, and quality of the apartment, we felt it was an excellent deal. Location Perfectly situated for both the city and the festival. Easy access to trams and local spots.

Honestly, nothing major. Only the heat wave made the terrace less usable, but that’s not the host’s fault!

It was a well designed and well finished apartment, clean, spacious, beautiful terrace area. We had everything we needed. It was 3 mins walk from Porto Nuevo. It was central, easy to walk everywhere. We arrived on the Arriva bus from the airport - very easy. Got off at Piazza Carlo Felice.

Be aware, if booking, that it's on a busy tourist street and the bedrooms overlook the pub on the street. Communication with the host was great in the beginning and our arrival was smooth. But there was some delay in communication exchange at the end. None of this though, ruined our stay.

Brilliant apartment!! We booked last minute due to cancellation at original apartment. So glad! Really amazing place to base yourself in gorgeous Torino! Staff could not have been more helpful. Amazing views up 3 streets from front balcony, and wonderful terrace at the back. Many really fabulous restaurants within a few streets. We'll always remember this one. Highly recommended.
