Foreshore Place Studio with Table Mountain Views

Our experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived late at night after travelling to a new country, only to be told at reception that there was no record of our reservation, even though we had already paid in full. Being in an unfamiliar place at night and being told there was no booking for us was incredibly stressful. To make matters worse, the contact number provided in the booking confirmation did not work. We had to search for an alternative number ourselves before finally managing to reach the agent responsible for the booking. When we eventually spoke to him, he was rude and dismissive, and instead of helping resolve the situation calmly, he insisted the issue was not his fault and seemed to blame us for the situation. What was most frustrating was that at no point did he offer any apology for the inconvenience or the stress this caused us. After travelling such a long distance, the last thing anyone expects is to spend nearly an hour outside trying to prove they actually have a reservation. The entire ordeal took about an hour before we were finally able to check in. This was a very poor first impression and not the kind of experience anyone should have when arriving at accommodation they have already paid for.

Everything looked so beautiful

There was a noise banging on the roof. I’m not sure if it was caused by the wind or something else, but the sound was really irritating.

The position was handy to facilities but the environment was not ideal. The room itself was well furnished.

The bathroom had an awful stench from the drain. The bed was uncomfortable and the wardrobe mirror was dirty on my arrival. My room was NOT CLEANED FOR MY ENTIRE STAY . No clean towels or bedding for my entire stay

Modern, central to everything, spacious, value for money and very beautiful. Very tight security. Spectacular views

Bathroom sink is too small.

It is well situated and the security seems to be good. We also appreciate the parking.

It is pricy for such a small unit.
