Thank you Booking.com for mentioning this property. Very welcoming and Kind towards pets 🐕 . 5-7 minutes walking distance away from the shore. 🏖 Peaceful place . Very good location. View to a lot of birds from the breakfast table Puri bhaji, aaloo paratha - served during breakfast are delicious. 😋 Coconut 🌴🌴🌴🌴 Peace Breeze Little garden outside each room 🏡 Privacy Arch of lights on the pathway 🔆✨ Small property 🏠 Can sit for hours at Que Sera Sera 🍲🍝🥗🍱🍴 ( eating place) The road from the resort to the beach, shade of 🌲🌳🌴calm, cozy path 👣 Five days felt less. Communication gap at times

The hygiene was poor, the towels were torn, and we had to request even basic toiletries. The stay was not worth the money we paid.

It’s a very restricted property, food and alcohol is not allowed from outside and the in-house restaurant get closed at 11.30, service is very low. They don’t have proper food as per menu. Hot water comes for only 10 sec. Pool you can use only till 8.30. It’s very annoying to stay as you visit Goa to have fun and not under so much restrictions.

Location is nice. Walkable distance to clean beach.

Resort did not have basic amenity like hot water for bath.

Nothing, the hotel was under construction.

The rooms were not properly maintained and update was entirely different from the pictures provided during booking. The facility didn't have proper parking and roads to reach the hotel were terrible.

Ambiance and location was best. Only the approach road was not constructed. It may be due the location at beach.
