Arabian Sea Beach Resort

It was a wonderful stay with very helpful staff.. The hotel and rooms is so beautiful n peaceful. Very close to beach. Recommending strongly to stay here.

it’s quite inside - road accessibility, basic like water wasn’t there in the bathroom, requires maintenance.

May I ask anyone who is unaware of the issues at this resort. I recommended If you don't want to waste your time here, don't stay even single day. Water Supply Issues: Supply is blocked at all times and will not resume 30-45 mins under all conditions. when I ask why? Answer: All rooms are occupied, which happens and you have to wait for some time. Electric Power problem (load sharing): no proper power supply and fluctuation happening every minute and power cut off (so for this AC not working properly) Ceiling Leakage Problem: Water leaking in bathroom ceiling continuously and no fix from their end (video clip attached) Main door locking system problem: no locking system and just pull the sliding door and check whether it locks or not...everything is in damaged condition. Mattress issue: The resort team does not provide a mattress even we paid for it in advance. Staff behavior: very bad (everyone has problems with them because they talk blindly with the customer without understanding requirement) All the above problems are permanent for each single room and face daily problems and very difficult to stay here even for one day for single person and family also. You can stay here and gain experience to deal with these issues and you will know why I am mentioning these points here to save your trip.

It’s close to the beach and also other places in Morjim. The staff were very chill with no objection to music and party.

Breakfast served was decent but not that great.
