"Great but can be better"

Some staff or supervisors needs more training, some are outstanding on response

Some front office staff are too slow and one supervisor during breakfast was not concerned at all on what us happening and the.young supervisor covered it by giving extra.care

Frühstück und Gastronomie waren ausgesprochen gut

Es gibt keinen Außenbereich wo man am Abend entspannt draußen sitzen kann! Die Bilder vom Pool im Internet sind lächerlich und entsprechen in keinster Weise der Realität. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer kommt nich signifikant über die Zimmertemperatur. Das W-Lan geht nur an der Rezeption im Zimmer ist dann sehr schlechter empfang

The staff was great. Very friendly

The breakfast wasn't great. The rooms were big but since it's an old hotel, the cleanliness wasn't there. There were cockroaches in the room. The bed was slightly uncomfortable
