"Pull up the service socks"

The rooms were cleaner and better compared to last stay where I had got accompanied with cockroaches. The location is always good as it is very close to where I need to travel. The mattress and pillows were neatly arranged & room service was good.

Breakfast was not upto the previous standards - repetitive items and spread was lesser compared to my previous stay. The staff was less and clear understanding / communication gaps were easily recognisable. Hence highly unsatisfied with the Room service and restaurant service. Even the room did not have body wash and upon requesting the staff got conditioner and shampoo instead of body wash. Are customers are expected to take bath with conditioners and shampoo?
