Abitazione curata e ben arredata, spazio disposizione abbondante. Tutti i servizi presenti e funzionanti. C'è anche un box auto funzionale se si viaggia con mezzo proprio o noleggio. Proprietario conosciuto in remoto sempre presente e disponibile. Zona residenziale vicina al mercato di San Benedetto. Comoda location per le spiagge e centro cittadino.

Très bel appartement bien équipé à Cagliari. Idéalement situé à proximité du marché de San Benetto. Vieille ville accessible à pieds en 20 minutes environ. Plage Poetto accessible en bus en 20 minutes ( arrêt ligne 3B à 5-10 minutes à pied puis ligne directe). Parking pratique quand on vient en voiture (hors ZTL). Tout est parfaitement expliqué par le propriétaire.

"Macchiavelli House. A gem of a place!"

I definitely recommend Machiavelli House! It is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Cagliari. It was like being home away from home. This gorgeous apartment far exceeded my expectations! It is very big, with lovely airy rooms full of light decorated to the tiniest detail. And I really fell in love with the washroom. It was very bright and big with huge windows. Mr Tino, the landlord is a real gentleman. Our check in was at 5pm but upon request he really tried his best to let us in earlier since I was travelling with my 70 year old mum and my 3 kids. We managed to check in at 11am. And he was ALWAYS so very helpful. I must have given him a headache everyday asking information on where to go or the bus lines and other stuff, but he was always so courteous and kind answering all my questions instantly and providing me with links for buses, beaches to visit and other stuff. He surely went out of his way as a landlord. Macchiavelli House is a gem of a place. It is super equipped. Make sure to choose this wonderful apartment if going to Cagliari

There is absolutely nothing we did not like!
