Charming Old Town Family Retreat

Casa accogliente, bella cucina attrezzata. Posizione buona per girare a piedi. Riscaldamento funzionante e bel calore.

Mancava un tappeto dentro la porta di casa e quindi appena arrivati si sporcava tutto. In un letto mancava la biancheria per poter dormire.

It is a spacious and comfortable house for 6 people. The room temperature was quite warm, and there was always hot water available to use. Also, a positive point is that there is a washing machine available. Close to the city center, about a 10-minute walk. Right outside of the building there is a bus stop, and within a short distance a tram/train station. Although there is no option to leave your luggage before check-in, there is a nearby luggage storage area (about 2–3 minutes away) where you can leave your belongings for a fee.

In 2 out of the 3 bedrooms there are wardrobes to store your clothes. However, some of the wardrobes contained items such as fans, cleaning supplies, and vacuum cleaners. These could have been stored in a single wardrobe and locked (as was done with one of them). There were only 6 bath towels and 3 face towels, which meant that not everyone could use a face towel. In addition, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, and it had already been opened by a previous guest. Also, although there was a washing machine, there was no laundry detergent provided—not even a small amount—so we had to buy a full package just to do 1–2 loads of laundry. Although there was a coffee machine, it was difficult to find compatible capsules for that specific model, as the ones available were either for a different model or very few. Overall, it gave me the impression that some items had been bought/used by previous guests (soap, coffee, used slippers in the shoe rack, etc.). Even though it is generally a nice and spacious apartment for 6 people, some small details make a difference.

Bilo nam je hladno apartman je velik a grijanje nije islo vise od 20 kad smo palili grijalice na struju da se ugrijemo bacalo je sklopku, za apartman za 6 osoba premali stol u kuhinji sa 5 stolica dobro bi dosla jos jedna kupaonica na taj broj ljudi kao i nedostatak nekog malog lavaboa gdje je samo wc 🫣 da se mogu oprati ruke 🤨
