Casa da Pontinha

Le logement est fonctionnel et très bien situé. Il manquerait quelques équipements comme un parasol pour la terrasse. Mais sinon c'était super. La piscine et la terrasse sont un plus.

L’emplacement et la terrasse, la cuisine (sauf l’eau de l’évier).

Les douches étaient dégueulasses, le plafond d’une chambre coulait, les matelas étaient totalement inconfortables, les oreillers étaient à mettre à la poubelle, la literie étaient totalement usée et du pour un renouvellement, il n’y avait pas de chauffage, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans l’évier de la cuisine, le divan était sale, aucune couverture pour les enfants ni chaise haute.

Duży dom na wyłączność, 2 łazienki + dodatkowa toaleta, co było wielkim plusem, bo przyjechaliśmy na MIUT w dwie pary. Plusem była też pralka, duża kuchnia i taras z basenem.

Brakowało zmywarki, jakiegoś zacienienia/parasola na tarasie. W jednej z łazienek nieprzyjemny zapach z odpływu.

La cuisine mériterait d'être mieux équipée. Une plus grande table en extérieur serait le bienvenu pour plus de 4 personnes. Un peu de bruit lié aux avions, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

Bardzo duże przestrzenie, piękny widok, bardzo duży taras, fajny basen, ale za zimno aby się w nim kąpać. Bliska lokalizacja do centrum, lotniska i na wypady do zwiedzania. Bardzo przyjemny i uczynny właściciel, dowoził brakujące rzeczy w mig.

Obiekt mógłby być lepiej wyposażony w sprzęt kuchenny, internet w górnych partiach apartamentu mógłby lepiej odbierać, budynek ma już najlepsze lata świetności za sobą, więc tu i ówdzie można byłoby coś poprawić. Pomoc sprzątająca po poprzednich wynajmujących mogłaby trochę lepiej postarać się z czystością łazienki i pomieszczeń. Warto byłoby naprawić okno w jednej z sypialni, które się nie domykało. Ruch z ulicy w porannych godzinach tam gdzie nie domyało się okno dosyć uciążliwy.

Unfortunately, the condition of the house leaves a very unpleasant impression. The pillowcases are torn, and there is dirt at the bottom of the trash bin. All the towels look worn out and poorly maintained. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, and at the same time there is no hot water, so dishes have to be washed with cold water, which is completely unacceptable for accommodation of this standard. There is a strong unpleasant smell in all bathrooms, clearly indicating that the drainage system needs cleaning. In the living room, the corner sofa is dirty and the throw is torn. Dust has accumulated in thick layers on the baseboards, especially in the bedrooms behind the bedside tables. It is obvious that the house has not had a proper professional cleaning for a long time and requires thorough cleaning. Such conditions show a lack of respect for guests and extremely negligent management of the property.

Bardzo przestronny dom wolnostojący z basenem położony bardzo blisko centrum miejscowości. Parking pod budynkiem i na posesji. Trzy duże sypialnie. Dwie łazienki i osobne WC. Taras i pokój dzienny na jednym poziomie. Sypialnie i łazienki na drugim. Świetne miejsce do wypadów na zwiedzanie wyspy. Blisko sklepy i plaża. Klimatyczne miasteczko. Wystarczające wyposażenie (lodówka, pralka, piekarnik, czajnik, ekspres, mikrofala, itp.) + TV i internet. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Brakowała zmywarki. Naczynia kuchenne do wymiany - patelnie i garnki. Do uzupełnienia wyposażenie kuchni (miski, noże, szklanki itp.) Ciśnienie wody w jednej w łazienek bardzo słabe ale można było korzystać z drugiej.
