Cosy n Central Rotorua 2BR Entire House & Studio -summer only

I liked the location and the size was good. Great bed, awesome sleep.

The musky smell. The broken shower caddy. The low pressure shower. The noisy fan in the bathroom, that made us open the window. Then there was bugs galore, no fly spray. The place was not structuraly safe, the stairs were tricky. Felt like they might break, the hole in the floor just inside the kitchen door was sunken. No side table on the left side of the bed. The mirror in the room was in the darkest corner, even with the light on. Just not a functional room.

Loved the location, having the state park and playground directly across the street is awesome with kids!

It was clean, well furnished and well labelled. It had more than enough furnishings and equipment

The neighbours big barking dogs on both sides were a nuisance and the house creaks like a sinking pirate ship at night, waking other people no matter how quietly you try to tiptoe. Our friend who stays with us lives in a lockwood in Waikanae and it doesn’t creak at all.

Location, however neighbors dog barks alot. Layout was good

Property was dated and old. Beds were average, couches stained. No dishwasher, needs some TLC

Met our needs for an overnight stay. Well equipped. Beds fine.

Shower smelt musty. Noisy road traffic.

The location is perfect - close to the gondola and town, with a supermarket a short drive away. Comfy beds.

The bathroom light is connected to an expelair that needs looking at - so noisy! The neighbour's dog barked off and on the entire night (with no-one taking it inside or telling it to be quiet) which meant little sleep for those in the closest bedroom and lounge unfortunately. Couple of other little things which I've put to owner but overall a handy place to stay for the night.

Location is central to town. Convenient for all of the outdoor adventures and Eating Downtown. Comfortably slept our family. Owner was super responsive.

The Blind Driveway is terrifying, would have loved a mirror at the end of the driveway. Also the neighbors barking dog (ALLDAY AND NIGHT) not the rentals fault, but they might wish to add some sound or air movers to drown that guy out.
