De douche in de badkamer functioneerde nier goed, dus we hebben niet kunnen douchen.

We booked the Deluxe Double Room. In the website they said they include: 1 double bed, a bathtub, toiletries, a bidet... None of this was true: the bed was actually two beds put together (which doesn't have to be a problem) but they were different heights and one of them was tilted. The bathroom was definitely not clean and the announced toiletries were not there. The condition was so bad that we decided to leave. When we told the staff that we were in a different hotel, they admitted they gave us a different room to the one we booked (and paid for), pressured us to not put a bad review, but never offered a refund. Overall, better to avoid this place.

Very clean, complete basic amenities, strategic, easy to find, just make sure you follow the instruction sent to you. Close to a busy street, many food stall and marts. I think they have upgraded the room. There is TV, electric kettle, bathroom with sink, bed and pillow is super comfortable. They even provide free water refill. There is kitchen and they also provide complete dining utensils I cooked my own noodles with no worries. Welcome drink is also excellent. Staff is very responsive, helpful and kind. For the price, it is worth the money. It's only 200k rupiahs room, don't expect luxury. Manage your expectations. But if you just need a clean, comfortable, complete and private room, the property is very good.

Location, hard to find, whiffs of sewer in bathroom, communication in English very poor, etc

It was hard to find since I got wrong location from the staff. Some hairs on the room floor but all the rest was clean

I didn't expect much for that price. I booked a room here after seeing the reviews which were really good - especially for that price. Now, for my experience it was really bad. The room had no window, so as soon as I turned off the AC, it wasn't possible to breathe. The bathroom wasn't really clean and also there was no sink. Just a shower and toilet, no place to put down your stuff. The mirror in the room was full of black spots, can't even say what it really was... So unfortunately I really knew soon that I couldn't stay there for the trip. Left the next morning (because I arrived in the middle of the night) and informed the stuff that I had checked out. At least they wanted to help me in order to match my expectations. Also the area itself seemed to be a bit shabby. At least for that one night the bed was comfortable.
