Pisces Hotel Hue

Finally got a nice and soft mattress which was a long time coming in Vietnam. The location is good and staff friendly. It's fine for the cost, but the discounted rate is definitely the what the standard rate should be.

We stayed in two rooms whilst there for four nights. The first one had a wooden bathtub which had no screen and so the floor got extremely wet every time you had a shower. When we mentioned this we were told that people usually sit in the bath which doesn't make sense when you have a high shower head and most people use it shower in the normal way. We moved to another room because we extended our stay (so it wasn't that bad!) but were moved to a small double. The second room was a small wet broom, but the positioning of the shower meant that water leaks out the bathroom into the bedroom if you had the shower on full pressure and the water was also extremely hot to the point of being dangerous so you had to be extremely careful when using the taps.

Överträffade alla förväntningar! Inredningen och architekturen var verkligen i min smak, rummet superfint och fräscht, tyst läge för att vara så centralt, personalen var otroligt vänliga och hjälpsamma. De anordnade bland annat turer efter våra önskemål och vi fick även en liten julklapp av personalen då vi checkade ut, så gulliga. Helt magiskt ställe! Rekommenderar varmt.

Schimmel im Zimmer, wobei es halt sehr feucht ist in Hue.

Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll und zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind gross und ebenfalls stilvoll und modern eingerichtet.

Die freistehende Badewanne ist beschriftet mit „nicht zum baden geeignet“. Auf Nachfrage von uns hiess es, dass es nicht genug warmes Wasser gebe um zu baden und die Badewanne auch nicht auf Booking.com aufgeführt sei. Freut euch somit nicht auf ein warmes Bad! Zudem hatte das Zimmer kaum Tageslicht und es war und roch ziemlich feucht.

Lack of hot water or inconsistent water temperature, quite an uncomfortable bed and bath rocked every time you stepped in it and no glass or curtain to stop water splashing everywhere caused issues with unpleasant smells and mould. Pool is located in the lobby which is street level, we felt too awkward to use it
