Najbolje je osoblje i cistoca sobe🤩

Nacin spremljene hrane za dorucak i ala carte izbora jela. Posebno pripaziti na dorucak- pecena jaja na oko, kajgana je bila suha, no mozda je todo osobne preferencije kuhanja🤷🏼‍♀️

Не безопасно, ночью вылазят в номер и нет охраны. Персонал вас не защитит и думаю они замешаны в том, что сами влазят в номера или передают ключи-карты другим. Я всегда к дверям ставлю блокеры на открытие, это меня и спасло. Утром когда я пришла разобраться в ситуации на ресепшене - говорят камеры не снимают и меня обвинили, что я все выдумала. Вызвала полицию, полиция сказали раз вы живы и ничего не украли (не смогли открыть дверь), то все претензии к отелю, для нас работы нет. Офис-менеджер и Генеральный менеджер- хамы! Они давили на меня и угрожали, называли мошенницей. Я бронирую через букинг и ещё за неделю до приезда оплатила номер. На ресепшене вообще работает откровенный неадекват, который мне угрожал распространить мои данные. Я в шоке. Я все вняла на видео и направила в букинг. Очень надеюсь, что их заблокируют. Естественно, никаких официальных жалоб в отеле я оставить не смогла, меня просто выгнали с угрожали, мне было страшно за себя. Впервые сталкиваюсь с таким унижением гостей.
