Everything! It is the perfect spot for a vacation with children. The food is very, very delicious! The house is private, so you have a place just for yourself and the kids. The beach is also great!

We stayed in the Tent with Patio and absolutely loved every moment. The room itself was beautifully done, a true glamping experience, but with all the comforts and amenities you'd expect from a proper hotel. Stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped, it struck the perfect balance between adventure and luxury. The location is simply superb. Waking up right in front of the beach, with the sea just steps away, made the whole stay feel special. Mornings here are something else. And the breakfast, excellent! Fresh, generous, and the perfect start to each day. But, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the team. The staff were absolutely brilliant: warm, kind, and attentive without ever being intrusive. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and it's clear they take real pride in what they do. A big BRAVO to the entire Ergon Beach House team — you made our stay something to remember, and we can't wait to come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would happily return. The property is beautifully designed, surrounded by nature, and offers stunning scenery everywhere you look. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the architecture really adds to the overall experience. The beach was one of the highlights for us. The water was crystal clear, shallow, and perfect for relaxing. The beach bar was great, with a great selection of drinks, and the staff were very attentive, friendly, and always positive. There was also a cantina-style food truck serving food throughout the day. The restaurant was another highlight. Instead of a standard buffet, they offer an à la carte breakfast with plenty of variety and some really creative and delicious dishes. Every morning felt like a treat. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay: friendly, polite, professional, and always happy to help. The rooms were very well equipped and had everything we could need. We stayed in a suite with a private pool, which was an amazing addition and was cleaned daily. We also loved the open-air gym set among nature, which made working out much more enjoyable. There is also a shop within the facility itself, which was very convenient and stocked with essentials, snacks, drinks, and some interesting house-made products that are worth trying or taking home as souvenirs.

The only areas that could use some improvement are the spa and a few of the resort policies. The spa has great potential but could have a more calming atmosphere. Some calming music or light aromatic scents could help create a more relaxing experience. We booked a 50-minute relaxation massage that ended about 10 minutes early, and I was also bitten by what seemed to be a spider or insect during the treatment. When we mentioned it at reception, the staff apologized and said they would look into it, but we felt the situation could have been handled a little better. Given that the treatment was shortened, we had expected either a reduced rate or some gesture of goodwill. It would also be nice if guests were allowed a bit more flexibility with taking drinks from the restaurant or items purchased from the shop to enjoy by the beach. Similarly, in the evening when the beach is officially closed and only the bar remains open, it would be nice to allow guests to sit by the sunbeds or beach chairs for a while to enjoy a drink and the atmosphere after dinner. That said, these were minor points in what was otherwise a great stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back.
