Big house for the price, compared to other houses in the booking.com. Good facilities since they all work perfectly fine such as the socket plugs, ceiling fans, AC, ceiling lights, and bathroom pipes, no problems at all.

Since i was staying for my site work, not having a washing machine was quite a let-down thing for me. But still, it's all good as there were few laundry services located not far from the homestay.

Value for money. The location is superb, nearby to shops and eateries. A lot of roadside stalls in the evening. The house is fully equipped with all the plates and dishes, also the induction cooker is very useful. The air conditioning is superb. The bed is big and sturdy for big size people. The fridge is big and working nicely. The shower was nice although no water heater.

The TV does not work. The washing machine was not connected. No iron board. The damaged sofa need to be removed immediately because of the protruding nails on the damage part. The water at the sink in the bathroom need to be adjusted a bit, its too slow.
