Excellent location – close to the bus stop (bus from the airport), the beach, restaurants and car/scooter hire. The host, Spiros, is very friendly and helpful, provided water, juice and snack upon arrival. The apartment was comfortable and very clean, A/C worked really well. Overall, it was really good value for money.

The bathroom is very small and a bit outdated, but we came to Corfu to explore the island, not to spend our time in the bathroom 😊.

The air conditioning is cool and works efficiently. The appartments is to close to the main street of ypsos.

The bathroom has no soap and no window ventilation. The old patio door is fragile. Slow Wi-Fi and mobile network connection. The pillows are very thin. The refrigerator makes a disturbing noise at night, making it hard to sleep. The neighborhood is very noisy.

Della struttura il punto di forza è la posizione che è a due passi dal lungomare, dove ci sono tutte le attrazioni della zona: negozietti, bar, ristoranti e discoteche. A due passi da tutto ma non troppo, il che è l’ideale per il rumore della movida notturna

Le camere e bagni assolutamente da ristrutturare o perlomeno da farci qualche lavoretto, poco accoglienti e bagni mal funzionanti. Su 3 camere che avevamo prenotato, su una in particolare non ci si stava per la puzza continua che saliva dalle fogne, e nelle altre due l’acqua della doccia non veniva quasi per niente. Considerando il prezzo non troppo elevato non ci possiamo lamentare di questo, ma c’è assolutamente qualche lavoretto da fare.

We liked the proxomity to the beach and the availability of the host to help us in every occasion and every hour.

The apartment was clean, but we would recommend to pay attention to the bathroom cleaning.
