Luxury stay at Pravuprasad Homestay near Bhubaneswar Airport and Railway Station

Food was awesome and staff behavior is very good .

The worst hospitality ever seen and the owner have attitude problem and they treat guest like animals

Everything the host the location and specially their hospitality

The manager picked the phone while inwas in kolkata . the number registered was correct . so the properry booking was authentic .the location was also not far from the station.

let me start from.the beginning on 5 th aptil i have a telephonic conversation with this man for 2min16 seconds in the morning around 8 am . i inform hom that my mother will be reaching at 7 pm on 17 and she is an elderly woman of 67 so if he can allow early check in . he says absolutely. i inform.him my mother will be out most of the day because she is there for linga raj and other Ashrama visits . i had asked him if he could help her with car bookings for the day . he replied he would help out. in the same conversation i said i have a late night train i will reach after 12 with my child 9 years old girl and i will check out the very next. day at 9 am so i will just stay the night. confirming all details he said affirmatively that every thing will be arranged. a day before the trilp that is 16 april i call again and to re confirm. he says he will send the location. NOW THE NIGHTMARE STARTS he doesnt send location. he doesnt want tlo allow early check in finally after a while grumpily he open a room in the 4 th floor. without lift. My mother uses the bathroom.and leaves in 30 mins he tells her that she has to give him the keys because that is not the desigbated. room . evening when i am.still in the train he calls me and tells me to send him the money, i inform.hin i will do it as soon as i reach ,the network is not feasible for online transaction. The train gets delayed by 40 mins and after reaching the homestay he doesnt open thr door i keep ringing the bell and he doesnt pick his phone . i am stranded in an unknown city alone with a child in.the middle of the night. .i call my mother to wake him up and after good 20 mins he opens the door . he wants the payment which i make right away and also wants me to clear food bills of the day . standing at the reception after a long day i finiish the payment process one does during check out. and then he says i will have to do early check out at 7 am.. that is 2 hours before normal time the room is shabby ..

Great experience to stay here. The owner was a very helpful and well behaved person. Facilities are up to mark as mentioned online while booking. In Bhubaneswar this is the best hotel at this range. Believe me I am giving a genuine review. You should try this hotel once and you will never regret it.
