Pretty much nothing. Looks much better on pictures than in reality.

Well - the story is long. To start with check in: none of the people we dealt spoke any English. Had to translate from Croatian by google every text they sent. At booking I asked for parking and the apartment came up as providing parking. They replied that they would arrange one. When we arrived and were blocked by the gate to the old town - there was a very slow process where confusing messages were sent to us including an address from another booking by this owner/host. Nevertheless after an hour and a half of us sitting in the car we finally worked out another address where we needed to drive to park. 10 mins walk with suitcases across the old town. After check in we found out that the shower only had cold water. Sent a text. They sent a helper who confirmed that the shower only had cold water. The boiler was not turned on. She did it. In 15 mins the water was still cold. Another text - both owners show up yelling that we are idiots and do not know how to turn the water on. BTW - not us - their helper confirmed there was no hot water. So anyway the host told us to get out on the street and we asked to call the police. They may have called. May be not because no one showed up. Short story - with all the suitcases and car a walk away we had to scramble for a real hotel. Stay away from this place and owners. PS: before we left, we found that the hot and cold water were crossed - h=cold, c=hot. And hot water eventually showed up from the boiler.

Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche hatte man alles was man braucht. Ich hatte zu dem Zeitpunkt des Aufenthaltes Geburtstag und bekam sogar ein kleines Geschenk mit einer Karte.

Das einzige Negative das ich sagen kann ist das wenn man duschen geht das wasser fast im ganzen Badezimmer ist.

Location: in the middle of old town Rovinj. Can't be better. Parking was free, our host had several spots available for us to chose from. Very nice place, freshly renovated. Nice interior, really comfy bed and hot water.

Well, the downside of the location - an 8 min. walk to the parking place was inevitable. The place is really souterrain (half basement). So the only window to the street is really on ground level. Other widows from kitchen and bathroom open to the entrance area. But on a positive note: the street really not busy, it is more of an alley that ends in a dead-end, so only a few locals pass there.
