high price for the quality... a few conveniences missing like a little fridge (in hot Chennai) or an iron. I had a really hard time getting any hot water and had to leave the shower running for several minutes before it came out, which at many points made me doubt whether there was any at all or whether I was turning the tap in the wrong direction. towels were already a bit worn for such a pricey place. and all that white decor will probably age fast unfortunately.. odd that you can't open the door to go out on the balcony since the view is great. and a personal pet peeve: the room reeked of air fresheners, which make me feel nauseous and give me a headache. having said all that, it's a lovely place and si would stay there again coming to and from tbe airport
